Terms and Conditions
All refund rights under both Australian State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure foes not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.
We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
Care instructions must be adhered to, these puppets are not toys to be roughly manhandled and must be treated with care. Breakage due to excessive force or mishandling is not included in the refunds policy.
The buyer must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 10 days of notification of delivery from online orders.
Returns can be applied, but the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Orders are processed on weekdays Mon-Friday and may take up to 3 days to process, with shipping around two weeks on average for shipping. This time frame will vary depending on location the items need to be sent to.
Australian Orders: For orders in the AU, we ship via Australian Post and all order automatically have tracking. If your address requires a specific service or instructions, or you would like express postage please be sure to contact us.
International Orders: We ship international! Orders to countries outside of the AU are shipped via Australia Post and have tracking included. Your country may charge you import fees of VAT taxes that are not included in the shipping price. We recommend that you look to see if you are subject to any additional fees prior to purchasing this item, as we are not responsible for paying any additional fees.
